Amazon better seller, Reasons to vote for Democrats

On Thursday morning as I flipped through the tv channels, I noticed a common theme. Several of the morning news shows were teasing the same book, Reasons to Vote for Democrats: A Comprehensive Guide.

The book is authored by Michael J. Knowles, the managing editor of the Daily Wire. Released Feb. 8, the book is described as the “most exhaustively researched and coherently argued Democrat Party apologia to date” and “a political treatise sure to stand the test of time.”

I thought to myself, here is the mainstream media trying to advance the Democrat party again. I decided to turn on the FOXNews channel and see what they had to say. Much to my surprise they too were discussing this book. I sat through a few moments of the show until the segment for the book came on.

Fox and friends host, Ainsley Earhardt
started the interview by saying, ” it was a very quick read.” Knowles replied
that “It took a very long time to research this book, I’ve been observing the Democratic Party for at least 10 years now…”

He continued, “When I started researching the book and going through this exhaustive study process, at first I turned to the 2012 Democratic National Convention, and it turned out they were deciding whether or not to include God in their party platform and the Democrats booed God. That’s not good.”

He wasn’t done there he went on to say, “and when I observed their record and reasons to vote for them, on reasons of economics or foreign policy or homeland security or civil rights and so on, I realized it was probably best…” OK are you ready for this? He finished this sentence with, “to just leave all the pages blank.

That’s right, page after page, chapter after chapter all blank pages. 266 blank pages of The best arguments for voting for a Democrat. The book was
released last month, listed at $9.99 on Amazon, but you can pick up a paperback  for $7.08.

The book does, oddly enough, contain an extensive bibliography and a table of contents. But that is it. Knowles told Ansley on Thursday, “What’s really great about this book, you can go cover-to-cover in about 15, 20 seconds.”

The Reviews Are In

The reviews for the book have been great. In fact, the book has now moved up to number one on Amazons list. One reviewer said, “If Democrats copied and pasted the contents of this book into their national platform they could become unstoppable,” another wrote. “Knowles really captures the heart of the reader with his background as a black, gay Grammy and Oscar award winner. A must read for all Americans. And liberals, too.”

And one of my personal favorites, “An insight into the modern progressive mind that will leave you speechless. I’ve borrowed a copy from my neighbor’s husband. It’s so great I haven’t given it back yet, and my neighbor, a trans-male who identifies as a walrus, says he can’t wait to read it too.”

So if you want to read a really great book, pick up The Devil in the White City by Erik Larson. However, if you want a piece of political satire that has a “Troll level: expert,” then you need to pick up, “Reasons to Vote for Democrats: A Comprehensive Guide.”
